CHARLIE’S GERMAN INSPIRED CREATIONS
Oktoberfest is the world’s largest Volksfest. Held annually in Munich, Oktoberfest is a very important part of Bavarian culture and has been held since the year 1810. Prost! One of the most important Oktoberfest words. “Prost” is German for “cheers.”
STARTERS
Pierogi
Cheddar cheese and potato pan-seared pierogi topped with sautéed onions and bacon. Served with a side of sour cream.
Potato Bites
Crisp potato bites filled with bacon, cheddar Jack cheese and chives. Topped with sour cream.

Baked pretzels served with queso for dipping.

SAUERBRATEN
The national dish of Germany. Red wine and vinegar marinated beef cross rib roast slowly braised and topped with ginger gravy. Served with homemade German potato salad and red cabbage.
JAEGER FILET MIGNON
Our signature hand-cut 7 oz. filet mignon topped with our mushroom, bacon and onion Jaeger sauce. Served with your choice of one side.
GERMAN INSPIRED BISTRO STEAK*
Two 4 oz. bacon wrapped bistro steak medallions topped with a button mushroom, bacon and onion sauce. Served with garlic mashed potatoes and red cabbage.
JAEGER SCHNITZEL
A seasoned chicken cutlet pan-fried and topped with our button mushroom, bacon and onion sauce. Served with homemade German potato salad and red cabbage.
