The Handshake Club is the exclusive Charlie Brown’s loyalty program that allows you to earn points for every qualified purchase you make in any of our many participating Charlie Brown’s locations. When signing up, you are eligible for a free appetizer with a value up to $11.

Do my Handshake Club points and rewards ever expire?

Yes, (a) your points will expire after 12 months of inactivity, and (b) your reward coupons and birthday coupons will expire 90 days after it is added to the account.

It’s my birthday, and I didn’t receive my $10 birthday coupon. Why?

You must have activated your Handshake Club account before the first day of your birthday month. If you meet this criteria, then your account may have become inactive due to inactivity on the account.

What is considered a qualified purchase for earning points?

Qualified purchases include food and non-alcoholic beverages only. You earn one point for each dollar spent on food.

How many points are needed for my rewards to generate?

You need to accumulate 150 points for you reward to automatically generate on your account.

Can I get points for purchasing a gift card?

No, points are awarded on the redemption of a gift card.

Can I use rewards to purchase a Charlie Brown’s gift card?

No, you cannot use rewards to purchase Charlie Brown’s gift cards.

Can I use any rewards in conjunction with other coupon offers?

No, rewards cannot be combined with any other offers.

How many rewards can I use at one time?

You can use one reward voucher per visit.

Can I combine multiple Charlie Brown’s cards?

Yes, simply email us at with your request to combine your multiple cards. You just need to provide us with the numbers of all the accounts along with the one that you would like as your primary.

I forgot my Handshake Card during my last visit. Can I still get my points?

Yes. You can email the following information to to get your points added.

I forgot my username or password for my Handshake Club account. What do I do?

Email us at to request your username or have your password reset. For your privacy, we do not have access to your password information. However, we can reset it for you so you can update your account with a new password.

I need a new card.

Good news! You can now use your phone number or first and last name instead of carrying your card. No need to get a replacement. You’re all set. If your phone number is not listed on your account simply send us an email at, and we’ll get it added for you.

Can I use a promotional coupon with my Handshake Club coupon?

No. Coupons are one per table per visit.

How do I access my account online?

Visit us at If you have never logged into your account, select “Register My Account.” You can also check your account balance here without logging in by selecting “Check Your Balance.” If you have created an online account, you can select “Account Login.”

My account is saying not registered. What do I do?

Visit us at and select “Register My Account.” Even if you have not registered your account, you will still continue to accumulate points and rewards will still generate on your account.

My account is showing zero points. What happened to my points?

When your account becomes in active so do your points. An account will become inactive after 12 months of inactivity.

Are Triple Points still given on Mondays?


Do my family members listed on the account receive a birthday voucher?

Yes. All members who have provided birthdays will receive a birthday voucher on the first day of his/her birthday month.
